Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition in favor of defendants on plaintiff's complaint for declaratory judgment. Specifically, the trial court concluded that plaintiff had a duty to defend defendant Alice Williams in a civil action filed by defendants Harold and Althea Jones.
