This appeal arises from the rejection of plaintiff's demands against the Bossier Parish School Board and its employees arising out of injuries received by the minor, Gregory Byrd. We affirm.

FACTS

On December 12, 1979, Gregory Byrd, three months shy of his 15th birthday, received very serious injuries to his leg while using an extractor (a device which performs much the same function as the spin cycle on a washing machine) at Airline...
