This is an action for personal injuries incurred on a construction project. The appellant, Dennis Durnin (Durnin), was an employee of the masonry subcontractor and was injured when he fell through an opening in the roof. The primary issue on appeal is whether the trial court properly instructed the jury that a contractor has a duty to keep the premises under its control reasonably safe for the employees of other subcontractors.
