Nick Vincelli was charged by bill of information with the possession of more than sixty pounds, but less than two thousand pounds, of marijuana, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966E(1). He pled guilty, reserving his right to appeal the denial of a pre-trial motion to suppress physical evidence.
