This matter is before the court on the motions of Bradco Supply Corporation ("Bradco") for an extension of time within which to file a notice of appeal, and for a stay of judgment pending appeal. On December 2, 1988, the court affirmed the judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey which absolved J.P. Fyfe, Inc.'s ("Fyfe") Trustee from paying $130,000 to Bradco, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 547...
