The trial court, in granting the summary judgment, determined that the Louisiana Oilfield Anti-Indemnity Act was not applicable to the contract between Trunkline Gas Company and First Horizon's insured, Cooper Brothers Welding Services, Inc., therefore making Trunkline an additional insured...
