Mutual Service Life Insurance Company (MSI) appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to all respondents. The action arises from alleged defects in construction of a warehouse concrete floor resulting in cracking allegedly due to insufficient thickness of the concrete and failure to install wire meshing as called for by the construction plans.
