Center, on behalf of plaintiffs therein to recover damages for the alleged breach of a contract to construct a printing plant. A note of issue and statement of readiness was served and filed in April of 1964, but the following month the court granted defendants' motion to vacate the note of issue and statement of readiness on the ground...
