Plaintiff Frank Annino & Sons Construction, Inc., and its former attorney, Kendall K. Watson (appellants), appeal from an order awarding sanctions under Code of Civil Procedure section 128.51 to Alain F. Dupuis, a former defendant in the action. We affirm.
