OPINION

GILBERT, J.

Plaintiffs Robert and Maria Badiggo appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of the County of Ventura. We affirm and hold that the county is immune from liability for injuries Badiggo suffered while confined at the county's work furlough facility. (Gov. Code,1 §§ 844, 844.6.)
