OPINION

WILLIAM H. GINDIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court as the result of a motion seeking relief from the automatic stay brought by Burger King Corporation against the debtors. The debtors, in turn, seek a declaration that they have the right to assume the agreements in order to assign same.

This is a "core" proceeding as defined by 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G) and (O).
