PARKER, Judge.

The State Bank in Eden Valley (bank) and Production Credit Association (PCA) appeal an August 4, 1988, judgment, claiming the trial court erred in applying a reverse pierce of the corporate veil. Respondents Euerle Farms Inc., Gerald Euerle, Audrey Euerle and Dorothy Euerle filed a notice of review asserting the trial court erred in ruling that the 1986 real estate conveyances were fraudulent and that an April 6, 1988, $200,000 deficiency...
