Detroit Police Officers Association (DPOA) appeals as of right from the Wayne Circuit Court order granting the City of Detroit a writ of mandamus compelling the arbitration proceedings for DPOA and the city to follow a schedule which would allow the arbitration panel to issue its decision no later than March 31, 1987.
