In this action plaintiffs, borrowers, sued for damages from their lender and an association alleged to have provided supervision and direction to the lender. Plaintiffs sought recovery on theories that the lender breached a written loan commitment, interfered with the borrowers' contractual relationship with another lender, and breached a fiduciary duty owed plaintiff.
