Plaintiff John O'Neill appeals as of right from an order denying his motion for partial summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10) and granting defendant Auto Club Insurance Association's countermotion made on the same basis. The court ruled that plaintiff was not entitled to recover personal injury protection benefits from defendant because the no-fault policy was properly canceled as to plaintiff for failure to pay premiums prior to the time of plaintiff...
