Appellant United Steelworkers of America, Local 6115 (Steelworkers) challenges the trial court's grant of summary judgment based on circular indemnity. Respondent Quadna Mountain Corporation (Quadna) noticed review of its alternative basis for summary judgment: the ineffectiveness of a settlement between the parties. We affirm.
