This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from the judgments rendered on verdicts that the trial court directed the jury to return in favor of all defendants.

One of the plaintiffs, Denise Seery, was a nurse anesthetist employed by Yale-New Haven Hospital. In November, 1982, she instituted an action claiming that she had been constructively discharged on or about March 29, 1981, and that the constructive discharge was tortious and retaliatory in contravention...
