State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) appeals a declaratory judgment action granted in favor of Steven Levinson, as special guardian for Megan Mestery, Citizens Security Mutual Insurance Company (Citizens Security), and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (St. Paul Company). The trial court found that Megan Mestery had primary underinsured motorist coverage and basic economic loss benefits coverage...
