D.W.B. appeals from the orders of the juvenile court dismissing without prejudice a delinquency petition and an accompanying petition for waiver of juvenile court jurisdiction. The dismissal orders were made at the state's request and were premised upon the fact that D.W.B. did not appear in the action until after he had attained eighteen years of age.
