James Tolleson appeals from an injunction prohibiting the sale of his "Future Millionaires" home video course. Tolleson promoted the course as one that trains the purchaser to become a millionaire. The state charged Tolleson with consumer fraud and racketeering, and the trial court enjoined Tolleson's sale of this or any other motivational course.
