This appeal is from an order granting a writ of mandamus and injunction. Respondent Silver Bay Area Citizens Concerned for Quality Education, an ad hoc group of Silver Bay citizens, sought the writ to compel appellant Lake Superior School District No. 381 to conduct additional hearings on its decision to close the only elementary school in Silver Bay. The injunction prevents any closure or construction pending these additional hearings...
