This appeal raises issues of child support and a monetary award. The appellant, John M. Kearns, alleges that both awards are excessive and he seeks a modification thereof.1

Rosann M. Kearns, the appellee, and John M. Kearns were married on October 6, 1984. The parties have one child, John Robert Kearns, now three years old. A separation occurred in October, 1986, and on February 9, 1988...
