On June 7, 1980, Ms. Dorothy Rohn was a passenger on a motorcycle which was owned and operated by Mr. Theodore Ramski, Jr., when that motorcycle collided with a motor vehicle which was owned and operated by Mr. Robert Y. Williamson.
