On January 22, 1988, Orvie G. Wake was convicted of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He appeals, contending his right to a speedy trial was violated and that the charges against him should be dismissed. We agree.

On September 11, 1987, Mr. Wake was charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Arraignment was conducted September 24 and trial was scheduled for December...
