This case arises from the unauthorized publication of "before" and "after" photographs of appellant's cosmetic surgery.

On July 15, 1988, the trial court granted summary judgment on all of appellant's claims in favor of respondent, North Memorial Medical Center. On December 27, 1988, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of respondent, Dr. Bryan Hubble, on all of appellant's claims, except her claim of a violation...
