Rebecca Carroll appeals from an order issuing a writ of restitution in favor of Darrell and Joan Purdy in an eviction action. We ordered the parties to submit memoranda addressing whether we had jurisdiction of the appeal since Carroll's counterclaim for damages remained pending before the trial court.
