In this garnishment action we are asked to decide whether postjudgment interest accrued on plaintiff's $212,000 judgment against defendant William Dean after garnishee-defendant Auto Club Insurance Association (ACIA), Dean's no-fault insurer, tendered a check to plaintiff for $123,843.56.
