OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

Kevin Tennin was convicted after a jury trial of first degree burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy. On appeal he argues that the evidence was insufficient to convict, that he was denied a constitutional right to confront an adverse witness, and that the prosecutor engaged in misconduct. We affirm.
