Appellant, James W. Meyer, and appellant's mother, Margaret A. Meyer, were listed as co-owners of a joint and survivorship account, number 33872, at the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association in Hamilton, Ohio. On August 8, 1986, Meyer withdrew the proceeds and closed the account. Three days later, Margaret A. Meyer died.
