We granted leave to appeal limited to the issue whether People v Tanner, 387 Mich. 683; 199 N.W.2d 202 (1972), which held that where an indeterminate sentence is required by statute, the minimum sentence imposed may not exceed two-thirds of the maximum sentence, applies to sentencing imposed on a person convicted as an habitual offender.
