("plaintiff"), against defendants Teamsters Local Union No. 413 (herein sometimes referred to as "the union"), the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, and several individual union members, jointly and severally for the amount of $576,928.25.
