Pursuant to a plea-bargain agreement, defendant pled guilty to delivery of less than fifty grams of a mixture containing a controlled substance, cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv). He was sentenced to five to twenty years imprisonment. Defendant argues that it was an abuse of discretion for the trial court to exceed the recommended guidelines sentencing range and that his sentence should be modified to conform with the sentencing...
