WAHL, J.:

Jeff and Freeda Maddox appeal from an order requiring them to pay support and reimbursement to the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (S.R.S.) for the foster care of their child.

Upon stipulation of the appellants, their daughter was adjudicated to be a child in need of care and placed in the custody of S.R.S. Six months later, appellants filed a motion to have their daughter returned to their care. The district court denied this motion...
