A.T.S., a thirteen-year-old boy, was accused of sexually abusing an eleven-month-old boy while baby-sitting him. He was adjudicated to be delinquent due to the commission of second-degree sexual abuse. He has appealed. A.T.S. contends the juvenile court should have suppressed certain pretrial statements he made in the presence of his mother and an investigating officer. He contends the record does not establish he had voluntarily waived...
