In 1962, Eagle Gas Company, the plaintiff below, entered into an oil and gas lease with the owners of the oil and gas on a 140 acre tract in Harrison County. The 1962 Lease was granted for a term of ten years from 6 April 1962 and as long thereafter as the lessee either searched for or produced oil or gas.
