LIFLAND, District Judge.
Plaintiffs-appellants are appealing from the order of the bankruptcy court entered on July 27, 1988 dismissing the amended complaint of the plaintiffs-appellants and entering judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees in this adversary proceeding.
