This case is before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee's complaint objecting to discharge. The Trustee's objection, pursuant to sections 727(a)(2), (4) and (5) of the Bankruptcy Code, is based on the Debtor's alleged failure to schedule certain assets and to adequately explain diminution in asset values.
