The parties were married on June 10, 1978. Both Patricia and Arnold signed an antenuptial agreement on June 1, 1978. Arnold brought over $100,000 in assets to the marriage and Patricia brought approximately $20,000 in assets to the marriage. Patricia contends the antenuptial agreement was not openly and fairly procured. She contends she was unaware of the extent of the property Arnold owned prior to the marriage. Arnold asserts Patricia was not unsophisticated...
