A jury convicted Mrs. Thipsukon Arnold Rhodes of first degree murder of her infant daughter, Kristie Lee Rhodes, as charged in the indictment. The Circuit Court of the City of Lynchburg entered judgment confirming the verdict and imposing the sentence of 20 years in the penitentiary as fixed by the jury.
