DALY, J.

The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of larceny in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-123.1 On appeal the defendant claims that the trial court erred (1) in admitting two documents into evidence under the business record exception to the hearsay rule, and (2) in its instructions to the jury. We find no error.
