This is an appeal from an order of the Cuming County District Court dismissing plaintiff's petition for equitable relief. We affirm.

On December 1, 1986, plaintiff filed a petition alleging that the defendants constructed a ditch which drained accumulated surface water from a depression or basin area located on defendants' land, across the defendants' land, and ultimately onto plaintiff's land.
