On December 16, 1988 at 10:00 a.m., the Court heard appellants' appeal from the bankruptcy court's Order Resolving Election Dispute. Appellants argued that the bankruptcy court erred in finding that no permanent trustee was elected at the creditors' meeting, and that consequently the interim trustees continued as the permanent trustees.
