Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport (hereinafter "airport") brought suit against appellant City of Atlanta, owner and operator of the airport, alleging damage to their person and property under theories of trespass, nuisance and inverse condemnation. The jury awarded appellees $70,225 plus litigation expenses, and appellant appeals.
