SIMONETT, Justice.

This marriage dissolution appeal questions the valuation of several marital assets and an award of spousal maintenance. We reverse and remand as to maintenance and affirm on the other issues.

The parties in this case had a traditional marriage of 32 years, the husband pursuing a business career and the wife engaged as a homemaker. Their seven children are now adults. The divorce decree under review
