The plaintiff, Washington State Toll Bridge Authority ( A), appeals the judgment in favor of Aetna Insurance Company (Aetna) and Insurance Company of North America (INA) in its action against Aetna and INA to obtain indemnity for amounts paid to three ferry passengers for injuries sustained while disembarking from the M/V Quinault. We affirm.
