Brian P. McGuire appeals an order denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award in favor of Westmark Properties, Inc., and an order and judgment confirming the award. Essentially, he contends that the arbitrator's "findings" are not supported by the evidence, and that the arbitrator misapplied the law.
