Albert Harry Weidner appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (Cawood, J.) imposing a lien upon the retirement benefits due appellant by the United State's Social Security Administration. Acting pursuant to §§ 10-120 et seq. of the Family Law Code Ann., the court ordered that $94.60 be withheld from appellant's monthly Social Security payments and remitted to Barbara Amelia Weidner, the appellee, to satisfy...
