Plaintiff Eldorado Towers By Shaf, Inc. (Eldorado), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County dismissing its complaint in a case involving a land trust. Stat. 1985, ch. 26, par. 9-311) to an assignment of a beneficial interest.
