After a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (Ruben, J.), Allen Eugene Beckwith was convicted of driving a vehicle while his license was suspended or revoked (§ 16-303), driving while under the influence of alcohol (§ 21-902(b)), and failing to drive to the right of center of the highway (§ 21-301).1 He was sentenced to consecutive one-year terms of incarceration for the license violation...
