Plaintiff sued defendant alleging discrimination by her firing which she claims was due to her being handicapped by asthma. Plaintiff brought suit under the Handicapped Persons Act right to employment statute, formerly N.C.Gen.Stat. § 168-6 (1982), which was repealed in 1985.
